Denmark, 17th March 2021 – Innovative Business Software A/S (Innovative) has acquired FSM’s alarm monitoring reseller business to drive expansion of its presence of in Finland.
Innovative is the leading provider of security technology in the Nordic region and a member of MIT Group, an operating portfolio within Valsoft Corporation. Valsoft Corporation is based in Montreal, Canada and specialises in the acquisition and development of vertical market software businesses.
FSM is Finland’s leading importer and wholesaler of security technology and computer network products.

The acquisition will see FSM’s Jarkko Senne take on the role of Product Manager at Innovative. He said:
