Human Resources Advisor (Global Operations)

Valsoft Corporation is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our growing team.

As HR Advisor, you will be responsible for all HR aspects related to the company’s acquisitions including due diligence, onboarding, setting up benefits, payroll and managing all HR functions of the company’s many subsidiary offices.

We are looking for an eager and organized individual, who will be the go-to person for our head office and subsidiary offices.


  • Manage all HR aspects of acquisitions (HR plans, insurance / benefits, employee transfers, employee contracts);
  • With the M&A and Legal team, develop and implement an employee plan for each acquisition (identify roles, positions, value, etc);
  • Coordinate post-acquisition employment transfers (onboarding), terminations, and related documentation;
  • Manage onboarding of benefits, payroll and insurance for all subsidiary offices;
  • Participate in post-acquisition goals for short to long-term employee-related plans ;
  • Coordinate with local payroll and insurance providers as well as consolidate providers;
  • Act as the contact person for Human Resources for all personnel in subsidiary offices;
  • Perform any other related duties.


  • An undergraduate’s degree in an appropriate specialization and a minimum of five (5) years relevant human resources experience;
  • Strong communication skills in English;
  • Demonstrable leadership skills in staff and/or project management as well as ability to work independently on specific projects;
  • Effective team collaboration; work collegially with an open mind; flexibility and adaptability;
  • Capacity to set and achieve ambitious goals; ability to motivate others to contribute to the company’s  ongoing development;
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and manage change;
  • Knowledge of relevant labour legislation;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the year.
