MONTREAL, QUEBEC (May 31, 2018) – Valsoft, a company specialized in the acquisition and development of vertical market software companies, is pleased to announce that is has acquired the assets of Hudson Financial and Technology Group, LLC (“The Hudson Group”), a leading provider of best-in-class enterprise SaaS (Software as a Service), on-premise, and mobile applications for the ground transportation and tourism industries.
The Hudson Group delivers highly configurable end-to-end solutions designed to manage all facets of an operation – from reservations, ticketing, and dispatching to driver and vehicle tracking and communications, accounting, and reporting. They also offer mobile Apps, website development and hosting, as well as digital marketing services.
