Our M&A internship places you directly within active deal teams, where you source opportunities, evaluate businesses, build financial models, participate in due diligence, and see transactions through to close, contributing from day one and gaining real transaction experience. The program is offered in Winter, Summer, and Fall, with recruitment taking place in the Fall and Spring.
