Erica Singerman is Head of People at Valsoft, where she leads the global HR function and drives the company’s people strategy to enable growth across its portfolio of companies.

She previously worked at Boyden, a global executive search firm.

Erica began her career in a graduate rotational program at a global, publicly traded FinTech company, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional corporate projects.

She serves on the Jeunes Gouverneurs fundraising committee for Les Grands Ballets Canadiens and is a former board member and alumni chair of TAMID Group, a U.S. non-profit supporting student consulting for startups.

Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University, a CPHR designation, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Before transitioning to the corporate world, she trained as a professional dancer at the Joffrey Ballet School in New York City and across Canada.
